He has been conducting research for over 60 years and is a Principal Investigator for the Alzheimer&#8217;s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) and BrainHealthRegistry.org.<\/p>\n<p>In 1980, he was one of the first to use nuclear magnetic resonance on an intact animal.
